NEW PRODUCTION LINE FOR MULTILAYER PLYWOOD PARQUET SUPPORT
capacity about  2000/4000 m2  daily
(starting from panels  1525 x 1525) calibrated and cut in width of the plank and with the milling

The line consists of:

– a sizing machine, in special execution, with a steel sizing unit and a multi-blade unit with a maximum width of 1600 mm.

– extractor-introducer group in an accumulation surface complete with adjusters,

– 3-station belt transfer.

– loading surface on the panel saw.

– panel saw with pusher and pliers.

The line is managed by an electronic control where we can program all the cycles and the number of pieces to be machined,

complete with diagnostics and partial reports.

Daily production from 1500 to 4000 square meters shift.
