One-component vinyl glues suitable for a hot calender cycle

Ennobled with 40/80 g / m2 paper impregnated with closed pores

Finished with solid acrylic laminate th. 1.2 mm glossy / opaque

Working speed from 10 to 20 meters per minute adjustable with inverter

plant composition:

1) Transfer, on entry, with steel rollers

2) Brushing machine, upper and lower, panel cleaning

3) Oven, for heating the panel through lamps

4) Spalmatrice, for vinyl glue

5) Coupler, complete with reel holder and pressure roller

6) Attachment, change of paper or laminate

7) Control units, hydraulic for heating the coupler rollers

8) Power supply, with the complete system for the coating machine

9) Transfer, transfer of coated panel or discharge line

10) Gangways, and service access stairs to the entire line

11) line-side electrical systems with control panels.

Total  price:
